Privacy Policy

Vanguardeer (a brand of Vanguard SG, UEN 53417014E, Singapore) · Last updated: 11 July 2026

Vanguardeer respects the privacy of the people who use this website and request our work. This policy explains, in plain English, what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It is written to comply with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

1. Who we are

This website, vanguardeer.com, is operated by Vanguard SG, a Singapore-registered business trading as Vanguardeer. When this policy says "we", "us" or "Vanguardeer", it means Vanguard SG.

2. What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit the Leak Snapshot request form or contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we collect what you provide: your name, email address, business name, phone or WhatsApp number, website or journey URL, industry, the problem area you select, and any context you write. If we later work together, we may collect additional business information under a separate written agreement and data-access protocol.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. This involves cookies and collects information such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and referring source. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, also processes standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) to serve and secure the site.

What we ask you not to send. Please do not submit sensitive personal data, patient information, customer records, or confidential business documents through the website form. The form is for a front-of-funnel business review request only. If sensitive information is required for an engagement, it is handled separately under a staged data-access protocol and written agreement.

3. Why we collect it

We collect and use personal data to:

  1. respond to your Leak Snapshot request and assess whether a review is suitable;
  2. prepare and privately deliver a Snapshot or diagnostic conversation if we proceed;
  3. communicate with you about your request, including follow-up;
  4. keep business records of enquiries and engagements;
  5. understand how the website is used so we can improve it.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use your data for third-party advertising.

4. Consent

By submitting the request form, you consent to us collecting, using and disclosing the data you provide for the purposes above, including being contacted about your request. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing us (see section 9). If you withdraw consent, we will stop the related use of your data, though this may mean we cannot proceed with your request.

5. Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers who help us operate, and only to the extent needed:

  1. Cloudflare — website hosting, form handling and data storage;
  2. Google Analytics — website usage analytics;
  3. Cal.com — scheduling, if you book a conversation;
  4. our email provider, for correspondence.

These providers may process data on servers outside Singapore. Where personal data is transferred overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it receives a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA, including relying on providers' contractual data-protection commitments. We may also disclose data where required by law.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and engagement records for as long as they are needed for the purposes above and for reasonable business and legal record-keeping. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it. You may request earlier deletion (see section 9); we will comply unless we have a legal or legitimate business reason to retain it.

7. How we protect it

We use reasonable security arrangements to protect personal data in our possession, including access controls, reputable hosting infrastructure, and restricting sensitive material from general-purpose tools. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — which is one reason we ask you not to submit sensitive data through the form.

8. Cookies and analytics choices

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on. The site will still function if analytics cookies are declined.

9. Your rights and how to reach us

Under the PDPA you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, request correction of it, or withdraw consent to its use. To do any of these, or to ask a question about this policy, contact our data protection officer:

Data Protection Officer, Vanguardeer (Vanguard SG)
Email: enquiries@vanguardeer.com
Phone / WhatsApp: +65 9696 0063

We will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Personal Data Protection Commission of Singapore.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
